By placing an order through Deity Nails, you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.

All orders will be processed Monday-Friday. Orders will be shipped within 2 business days of receiving. Most orders will take 3-7 days for delivery depending on your location and the delivery method you choose. Also keep in mind if there is a holiday or events happening, this could also effect your shipping time.

You will Receive tracking information once item has shipped out.
Orders can not be canceled once they are shipped out.

**PLEASE understand once your order is scanned by the shipping company, it is no longer our control. All disputes and claims must be handled by the customer and shipping company.
Returns and Refunds

Deity Nails is held to a remarkably high standard to make sure all items are in the best condition when shipped out. We will only process refunds under certain circumstances.
If there is a manufacturer defect, we will process a refund. However, it will be up to Customer Service if it is defective.
If there is a problem with the order, you must contact Customer Services within 24 hours of receiving your package.
Any Orders that was purchased on sale or with a discount code are nonreturnable or nonrefundable. No items are allowed to be returned until you have spoken with customer service and was approved. If item is returned without approval, a refund will NOT be processed.
An exchange is only accepted if you have received an item that was not purchased.
